On 09/08/13 approx. 17:30 I called, and informed Floyd the call centre agent that I am not getting my bills posted. When he checked on the system it had my old address. I called couple months ago and changed my postal address with Siyabonga. Floyd promised he will get his team leader to phone to advise why the address was not changed. No call I received as yet. Also no reference number was given for the call. This is the norm where team leader do not get back to customers. Please advise why this query was not followed up and reference number given.
