CHANGE OF E-MAIL ADDRESS

I changed my e-mail address at ABSA MALL@CARNIVAL, BRAKPAN in January 2013. I still received my banking e-statements in February at my old e-mail address. I phoned ABSA e-statements at 0860111123 on 15 February and 20 March respectively to have this changed, without success. I phoned ABSA ACTION LINE on 12 April and spoke to Sasha. She told me that I could change it myself on Internet Banking. I don't do Internet Banking. She then told me to go to my nearest branch. I explained to her once again, that I did that in January without success. She then referred me back to the e-mail statement section and I e-mail them with all the details at [Email Removed] on 12 April. Dennis Petersen e-mailed me back giving me the same advice as Sasha from Action Line. I e-mailed him back explaining the situation once again and once again, he replied with the same previous advice! Dennis Petersen is the e-mail Administrator. Why can't he change it or make sure that it gets changed? Who should I contact next? ABSA's CEO? Maybe he will be able to assist me in performing this simple request.
