UNINFORMED CELLPHONE CONTRACTS

I took out a contract through Game with the vodacom provider, Vodacom is not informing the customers on the exact nature of the contract and when we faced with problems, they do not come to the table. I have called Vodacom last week Monday and up till today I havent recieved feed back from them I made a querry on friday, they said the will get back to me on Monday, its now tuesday and still no response. I am left with a contract thats useless on a blackberry phone and Vodacom is totally unfriendly in assisting. Its sad to say I have been with Vodacom for the past 10 years and the treatment I recieve is very poor. Totally upset and dissatisfied!!!
