My phone was given in on 27/04/2013 at Cell C Westgate. The OBF was approved last week already. Nobody can tell me when I will receive my phone. The branch blames repairs and repairs blames the branch. I sit without a phone but still have to pay my contract. I use my phone for work, so now nobody can get hold of me during the day, not even my children. Ramond the branch manager does not want to talk to me when I phone.
