I have a couple of contracts with Vodacom. One of it on my BB expire in Oct. I had numerous frustation and problems with this Blackberry since February this year, and went to Game Jeffreys Bay where I contracted. I asked them when this contract can be upgraded so that I can get rid of the Blackberry an to enable me to use the phone according to the monthly payment. They said to me that I could only upgrade in June, 9. I then went to Cell C and got another contract from them Samsung S4. Their serivce was professional. I then went back to game end May and give notice to Vodacom to cansel this contract as I cannot use the phone that means I have to pay for nothing. They, then, said to me the contract can only be canselled at end of October. I was upset, but nevertheless asked them to cansel the contract. THEN, for the firts time, they said to me that the Blackberry was under guarantee and that they could fix it. I agreed, and left it with Game. They phoned within 3 days and said that we can collect the phone at George 300km away. I went to Game, they said that they will get the phone for me within 2 days. After 3 weeks I am still waiting.
