Booked my Blackberry cellphone in for a minor repair quote at Midrand on 15/11/2013 and was told that I would get a call on Monday for repair cost. After 7 days passed and still no call/news about the status of my phone I decided to call the customer care centre today (Carolyn) only to be told that they have a "network problem"but they would call me back within an hour to resolve my query. Haha, that was at 09:00 today. To date still nothing??
Vodacom - is this what all your customers can expect when trusting you with the service (or just a quote in my case)?
I find this ridiculous & time wasting. Especially as I am a pre-paid customer Vodacom perhaps think that I am not important enough and put my phone at back of que behind their contract customers...?
After driving all the way from Pretoria this is the service (or lack thereof!) I received. PATHETIC & TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
I hope someone out there will see this and think twice before trusting Vodacom as their cellphone provider...??!!
