I am totally disgusted with the service I have been recieving lately from MTN.
Firstly I am currently due for an upgrade and wanted to upgrade to the Iphone 5 16gb or the Samsung S3. I was told there is no stock and that someone will get back to me once you do have. Its been more then a month now and still nothing.
Secondly I enquired a month ago about cancelation on my contract and I only got a response today.
Thirdly I logged a query on your website regarding a billing query, 2 weeks ago and still no response. the query reference is 98344257.
Now this makes me wonde after being a loyal MTN client for about 6 years now, does MTN not want my business anymore. I stayed with MTN for so long because I have had great service with you guys in the past but now it seems like you dont care. Well I convinced a number of my friends and family to move to MTN and I am seriously regretting doing that.
