POOR QUERY RESOLUTION

One of my cellphones was due for an upgrade, I then went to MTN Bankcity to do the upgrade on the 10th of April, I chose a package deal that came with a Samsung TV set, they requested that I provide them with my TV licence which I did. 2 weeks went by wthout receiving the TV set, I then queried this with MTN Bankcity to no avail I then logged a query with MTN, a week went by with ni response, on the 2nd week I logged another query but still got no response, eventually when I got a response they were asking who assisted me at MTN Bankcity and I gave them the details, 3 days went by and still no response, I sent a follow up e-mail and the guy by the name Kagiso Kgakatsi forwarded and an e-mail from Monethi Diphapang from Samsung confirming that the TV set has been handed over for delivery and I will get it within 5 working days, Today is the 9th working day and I'm still waiting.
