I went to Vodacom Kollonade Mall yesterday wanting to buy a Blackberry 9320 from Vodacom. Upon arrival I stood for a few minutes as the lady at reception was chatting to her friends. Went to the counter, no friendly service, looks at me cross and irritated, and I inform her what I would like to purchase. She goes to the back, and tells me the phone is R2800 yet its advertised for R2399. I ask her about this and she rudely informs me that they haven't had time to change the deal, thats the price. I tell her I will then go elsewhere and report the false advertising, she responds to say, Fine you go then. I then told her yes I will as you are firstly so rude, the service her is pathetic! Then she continues her conversation with her friend standing at the counter. Sies Vodacom, for employing such people!
