Dear MTN, you have messed up a simple contract upgrade and then it seems that you dont know how to do a recon on billing and also how to respond to a customer. It is sad that an organisation as big as MTN needs to learn the basics. Anyway you have been billing me incorrectly for a PROMO fee for a phone that was returned to MTN and the contract upgrade cancelled. It has been two months of incorrect billing and I have logged this query with the useless call centre and somehow it also seems that you CRM system can provide a query number and the query then disappears... WOW. But i would like for my account to be rectified so that I can port the number to your competitor.
