After a very generic and impersonal response to a billing query which itself was poorly worded thanks to the branch at which I raised it. There has been no follow up to my reply asking for clarity. I have asked for information 3 times now and have received no response in over 5 weeks.
The query has reference number: "Billing Query REQ:1503040 [#6058142]"
The query itself relates to the fact that I was billed for calls before all my bundled free minutes had been used and in the process I have been short changed of about an hours free airtime.
