Incorrect billing

I am absolutely dissapointed and furious with the service that I have received from the call centre at MTN. I have called 0831808 and the 173 numbers. NO one could help me with my billing/refund query. I went onto prepaid in January 2013 but I was billed on the 1 February for a contract billing. my last bill that went off was supposed to be 1 January 2013 for December 2012. THis is unacceptable that I was shunned around and promised that supervisors would contact me. This has not happened. I want a person in management to resolve my query. Please contact me urgently
