On several occasions i phoned customer service for assistance but to no avail. I than personally went to the Phoenix branch to query an integrat billing that appears on my bill for February and March totalling an amount of R305. They couldn't give me an explanation and had no idea what was the reason for the billing. They then forwarded me a number 0822350400 and 011 4767710, which is not part of cell c and they want me to contact them regarding this mystery billing. When i questioned them regarding the mystery billing that appears on my statement. They are not responding to my query at all. No one seems to know how and what this item is I'm being billed for on my statement.
