Multichoice Billed Bad Server after Wrong billing

Hello Dineo,

You responded on the issue I logged with regards to my INCORRECT BILLING on the 1st of February 2013. You response does not in anyway explain the billings, instead you tell what you billed, you did not explain the billing.
Please respond and explain the following questions:
1. If I down graded on smart card (4108865417) on the 28th December 2012:
- Since you had already billed for December 2012 the full R 600, how much was the pro-rata calculation (refund) for December 2012 for this smart card???
2. If I added the HD PVR Decoder on the same day (28th Dec 2012):
- How much was the pro-rata for the 3 days in December 2012?
3. Now on the January 2013 billing (on the first):
- How much was the billing for smart card (4108865417) supposed to be?
- How much was the HD PVR Decoder supposed to be?
- Why did you bill R 757.72
4. Why did you bill R 1 301.06 on the 1st of Feb 2013??

Now If you think about this the Pro-rata calculations for both the PVR Decoder and the old smart card would cancel each other in that I would owe Multichoice the last 3 days of December for the HD PVR and Multichoice would owe me a refund as well for the same last Dec 3 days.
