Since Feb 2012 I have been having problems with MTN over debiting my account. every time I query it they explain they will credit my next bill however this never happens. I then requested to be re-imbursed directly into my bank account. about 4-5 different billing personnel contacted me since feb 2012 to date however NONE OF THEM have yet assisted me. I still haven't received my money from MTN. they even directed my query to billing management but management seems just as incompetent as the staff under them.
