Unfair T.A.T for a client

I logged a query in December regarding unauthourised SMS's sent from my account which I never received feedback on I then logged another query in January under ref no 108208720 which is still not resolved again.

I called today and I was informed the billing department has a turnaround time of 21 days to respond which I find really unfair from the customers side as I am expected to pay my bill while the is a billing query pending.

What gets me more annoyed is I have to phone them back for feedback as no one will contact me once resolved, so much for customer service from a giant service provider.
