THE PROBLEM NOW IS WITH SWAPPING MY SIM, THE PHONE I RECEIVED USES A MIRCO SIM AND MY PREVIOUS ONE DOES NOT AND I AM NOW REQUIRED TO DO A SIM SWAP. I AM THANKFUL THAT MY NEW PHONE CAME WITH THE SIM, I THEN CALLED CELL C TO ACTIVATE MY SIM AND I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO DO THIS WHOLE SIM SWAP BUSINESS OF WHICH THEY LOGGED A QUERY FOR ME, REF:3120901701. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM NTOMBI YESTERDAY WHO DURING THE CALL B4 DOING SECURITY CHECKS ADVISED THAT THE RICA STATUS WAS STILL PENDING AND SHE THEN SAID THE SIM SWAP WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE AND THAT SHE WOULD CALL ME NACK EITHER LATER B4 10PM BEFORE SHE KNOCKS OFF OR TODAY.I TOOK IT UPON ME TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY AS I WAS NOT BEEN CALLED AND ITS MORE THAN 24 HOURS OF THEIR TURN AROUND TIME. I SPOKE TO SOME GENTLEMAN WHO ADVISED THAT I WOULD ONLY BE CALLED 2MORO BASED ON THE REMARKS LEFT ON SYSTEM BECAUSE APPARENTLY THE RICA SIM NUMBER SHOWS THAT IT HAS BEEN USED AND THEY ARE STILL INVESTIGATING.

I WOULD LIKE THIS SORTERD OUT AS WHAT IS GOING ON IS NOT MY FAULT OR PROBLEM AND I SHOULD NOT BE PAYING FOR OTHER PEOPLE INCOMPETENCE.

I WOULD LIKE FOR MY PHONE TO WORK AS OF TODAY PLEASE.
