I bought a contract cellphone from Cell C more then a month ago, upon purchase I asked them to please place the contract on the number 074 785 0732. The sales agent then told me I first need to cancel my contract with RMCS. After RMCS released my number to prepaid Cell C told me to wait 48 hours so they can retrieve my call before they can swap my number after which they told me my number is still with RMCS. After a month long struggle RMCS cancelled everything now Cell C told me to wait another 48 working hours which is next week Tuesday, before my number might be a contract number. Untill then I cannot even Rica this number. I am without a contact number for a week because of Cell C's incompetence.
