Moved to a new home, did not get any MTN network coverage on my Ipad. Contacted MTN who send out Andre Ellman 083 200 5532 " MTN Network Quality & Covearge Westen Cape". Andre came to my home, confirmed that there is no coverage and informed me that MTN will cancel the contract from their side. As per letter received from Andre and further instructions the devices was delivered to MTN Mavericks Tabbleview on the 25th November. The contract is still active and I'm now paying for a device that i do not have plus I'm paying for my new contract I took out with another supplier that does provide coverage in the area.
