I have had endless problems with Autopage since I took out the Samsung note 2. Almost every month I had to ask for credits because they overcharged me. Then I received a bill in Nov and Dec for GPRS usage. I have 250mb on my contract and I only use my phone mostly for Whatsapp & Cell phone banking. I received a bill in Nov for R1600 GPRS usage. I could never have went over 250mb. So I decided to leave my phone off for the whole of Dec. In Dec they hit me with a bill of R1000 GPRS usage. My phone was not only off but they locked my phone. I've been calling since Nov to sort this out but no one can assist me. My query is still not sorted out. Every time I ask for a Manager they do not have email address or they're in a meeting. Everyone I spoke to at the H/off gives me the same words as if they were programmed to say those things. It's all just to me. I've probably called more than 20 times and I sent over 20 emails. No one ever called me back or replied to my mails. I received a letter of demand today and when I called Autopage they informed me my query is sorted but IT IS NOT! THEY ARE FAST TO CHARGE and expect the customers to call them but they don't attend to our queries.
