MTN: "The matter has been escalated to the relevant supervisory team for urgent investigate. They will contact you directly with feedback and an action plan." ~This was MTN's puff of hot air promise made 8 Oct 2013.Today 24 Oct NOTHING has been done. SURPRISE-SURPRISE... useless does not even BEGIN to describe their "You" attitude to customer Care. I reported and emailed this cancellation of contract directly to. MTN Head Office -Risk Manager who oversee's all the regional managers-Harry 0832000099... if HEAD OFFICE SENIOR MANAGEMENT don't set the Example by taking action-WHY would their employees not have the same BAD ATTITDE of 'couldn't CARE LESS??? MTN is ROTTEN TO THE CORE!!! NEVER take out a contract with MTN! THEY will DECEIVE you!!! I SHALLL STOP PAYMENT OF DEBIT ORDERS.I WILL NOT PAY for their uselessness!!!
