I logged a complaint on HelloPeter on the 4th of November. On the 11th Mantoa replied and said my incident would be resolved. Nothing has happened since.

Here is what MTN said on HelloPeter
"The matter has been escalated to the relevant supervisory team for urgent investigation. They will contact you directly with feedback and an action plan.
