I upgraded my phone from a contract 1 to a Smart plan 100 with a Samsung S4 mini with a contractual amount of R269. The special is still running. Now for the past 3 months I am battling and sent back and forth with endless phonecalls and agents, supervisors to solve a really simple simple billing mistake! I am being R100 more than the contractual amount monthly. My case no 7267789. Come on please how else can this be rectified?
