Have not been able to send sms for 2 months

I am on an smart plan 250 with a Samsung S4 mini with Telkom mobile.

I took out the contract in the middle of October and have never been able to send an sms at all...

Telkom mobile pass the buck onto Samsung and the only solution they offer is to pull out my simcard and reset my phone (which works for 5mins)

What really bugs me is that I am still expected to pay my full subscription fee every month and receive no communication at all from Telkom Mobile regarding this very serious problem

They say they are waiting for Samsung to do something and have no solution at all for me.

my contract includes "unlimited sms's" but I am not able to use any of them, yet I am still expected to pay in full.

What do I do? this is crazy?
