I recently upgraded my contract with 8ta - I took a S3 -R269.00 and a S4 - R369.00
I then received a sms beginning of September advising that my service has been terminated - and I need to pay R2000 - which to me is totally wrong! i then requested for a statement to be sent to me, yet till today i still await
a statement - I am not sitting with my service terminated!! because of stupid people who do not follow simple instruction, I have the cash that I got to pay however I need to Rectify if the amount I am paying is actually the correct amount that I am Suppose to pay
I NEED A STATEMENT!!!
