I informed Vodacom about the poor connectivity experienced at my new home, I upgraded and took the Galaxy Note 3 LTE thinking this would alleviate the predicament however when my phone is on LTE mode I hardly get the coverage. Vodacom called me once and promised to get back to me and never returned their call and the service request was closed while I'm awaiting their feedback.
