Good day, my company upgraded our phones on 20/11/2013 to the Samsung Galaxy note 3 PLUS Samsung Galaxy Gear. When I originally upgraded the phones the agent told me it would take 2-3 days for us to receive the Samsung Galaxy Gear. I have since phoned every single week and every time the response I get is that the Gear will arrive on Friday. It has been more a month and still I haven't received the product that I purchased. My last visit to the shop was on Friday 3rd of January after being promised once again by an agent that they will have stock, but to no avail. The Manager also took my name and number and promised me to phone me back the same day - Still no response. I am considering cancelling our whole company with Vodacom as I am not comfortable paying for products that I have not received and i am beginning to wonder if I am being purposefully to by the Manager and Agents in the shop.
