NEW PRODUCTS FAILURE

Can Vodacom improve on their procurement service. I went to all Vodashops in Johannesburg none of them have the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (P6050). MTN has stock already of this Note but wont sell it sell it to Vodacom Cutomers. I went to Cresta MTN to buy the Note cash I was told that this can only be taken on a contract with MTN. I am a loyal Vodacom customer but I am just getting tired of stuff only being available at MTN shops and not Vodashop. Worse still no one can tell me when the stock for Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (P6050) will be available.
I am tired of being second best. Can someone from Vodacom Procurement Department advise when we can get the SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 10.1 (P6050) 2014 edition. I have tried even the head office no one can give me the answer. I feel like canceling all my contracts with Vodacom and getting one with MTN.
