On the evening of the 07/08/2013 I Called the Vodacom Data Number 155 as I was now at my wits end with the lack of connectivity to the Internet on my new Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0" as well as my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1" and laptop all on Vodacom 3G contracts. The operator tried her best by setting up new APN'S to no avail. I then still had no connectivity on 08/08/2013 and contacted the call center once again for assistance with this connectivity and was lead through the setup of yet another APN .The operator advised me that she would call back at 10H00 and by 11H15 I still had not received a callback and called the Data Center 3 times after this and finally out of pure desperation asked to be transferred to a Senior Personnel which was the operators supervisor. I explained my story for the supervisor and I was told it would be elevated!!! Low and behold I got a reference number after this call: S3TYK28-8M7MK. I still sit with no connectivity on my devices. Vodacom is quick to suspend you service for non payment but not so quick in supplying the service you have paid for. Let's hope I am able to load this complaint
