This is my second complaint on this subject of the ADSL line not working properly. Refer to: 17:50 Mon 6 Jan, HEADLINE: ADSL not working properly since upgrade to uncapped.
I can understand that Telkom must sort there stuff out but we have had problems with this sins the beginning of the year. So my question is what are you doing to get this sorted out? As I am paying for a service not delivered. (by the way I'm writing this om my mobile phone data not the ADSL line)
