Faulty IPHONE, Poor Service/ Customer Care

I received a new IPHONE on contract in August 2013. Had to take it to the 3G store in early Dec. because of speaker problem. Received a new phone back in Jan. 2014 which was also faulty. I am still without a phone since that time. I even received an sms from Vodacom informing me that my phone is ready for collection at the 3G store in Tygervalley Centre.. On arrival at the store there was no phone. I do not live close to the Centre and a forced to travel to get there.

I have written many mails but no satisfactory or good customer care to date. In my country we have access to the highest office - that of our State President. Why can't we get the e-mail or phone details of the CEO of Vodacom?

I have written a mail to Tremaine Boer one of the employees of Vodacom to cancel my contracts. I am yet to receive a response from her, I am losing business because I am not contactable and do not have my contract phone to do make calls, etc.
