My Sonzy experia device had gone faulty in december 2013, i have booked in the handset with altech auto page lenasia on the 21st December 2013. to DATE i have not recieved a single call from any contact at altech advising me on the status of my repair, i keep calling in and getting all differenty types of excuses. The device is longer in repairs then what i had it from collection (brand new).
NOt a single call from call center and numerous email sent to them requesting an update or even to cancel the conttract form the handset which is in for repairs. A brand new device less then a month old that just stopped working.
