Vodacom poor quality ISP for Iphone 5

I received my Iphone 5 on the 23rd of December after waiting for this phone from my upgrade date of April 2012. I have had endless trouble with the Phone. 60% of my day it says "No Service". I'v done the software upgrades, turned off LTE (so much for Vodacom support). It makes no improvement.
I utilise this phone for business use. The poor quality signal and phone performance is affecting my business, as I'm on the road 90% of my day. I've logged calls with Vodacom Customer Care, but they aren't interested. I would suggest Vodacom recalls all Iphone 5's. As their network clearly cannot support this phone. I know a number of people with the same problem. I want someone from Vodacom to arrange an alternate contract for me, and replace my phone with something else all at their expense.
