I want this matter resolved now !!!
I am also going to sue MBD for trying to blackmail me and trying to falsely get legal action taken against me.

I trust you are well and good!
I would like to state on record that I recently called the call centre as I was receiving messages and emails regarding the get bucks account.
However upon me calling I was wanted a statement because I have taken this matter up with the ombudsman.
Reason for me taking it up is because the debt is prescribed.
Today when I called in I spoke to a lady name Tina how insisted I made a payment arrangement and that I agreed to settle my debt. The calls are recorded and I want MBD to hear that recording before calling me again so that the allegation made by Tina Ndlovu to me about me settling can be resolved.
Also I want management to stop harassing me about this payment, the debt is prescribed.
I am also going to log a complaint on hello peter as this is impacting me at the moment.
I would like confirmation within 24 hours that this matter is resolved or else we will have no option but to proceed with the ombudsman.

If my query is not attended by cob today i will be sending the same message to all the relevant parties whom will take legal action to get this resolved.
