I upgraded my one contract online early in December - the 11th. A consultant contacted me to confirm the upgrade and promised delivery for the 23rd of December.
It's January already. I have emailed, wrote on Vodacom's facebook page, phoned and got transferred from one department to the other. Nobody can tell me what happened with the handset due to be delivered on the 23rd
I cannot believe that a company that size has such a poor computer system that they cannot match a parcel tracking number to a cellphone number.
And I am paying for an upgrade I never got.
What do I do now???
