Dear Recipient
Not so very long ago I wrote a complaint about my upgrade being delayed because of bad customer service. But now I'm really livid!!! Today I get a statement of an astronomical amount of which I do not even understand where that particular forth coming amounts come from but it most definitely isn't what I expected!!! I want to know why I am being charged for sending back a faulty phone and being charged for it if it was given back with in 7 working days? Why do I constantly have to post negative remarks about this Company's incompetence? Cause it seems that's the only time you actually do your jobs!!! I am fed up with Nashua Mobile and I refuse to pay that money!!! I did not ask for a contract change either!!! What do I have to do to get the information I need instead of everyone running around a bush with different stories every time? I will be cancelling my contract with you people asap!!! This is absolute. I'm disgusted!!!
