I sent a faulty internet modem into Nashua Mobile. I received a bill now saying i owe you money for sending it in. No one told me about this at your head office and on top of that the device is FAULTY!! Meaning factory fault. I then call you call centre on 5 February and ask them to call me back when they resolve the matter and she says no she cant do that. Nashua Mobile if I knew the amount of problems I would have had with you I would have rather gone directly with MTN. Either take off the amount for the billing or I will take you to the Ombudsman, IT seems this is the only way you people learn.
