Contract breaking by Nashua Mobile

I am seriously a very unhappy Nashua Mobile Client. The level of service received this year is shocking. I have already been soft locked twice this year, due to the fact that their system can not understand that if you get a new service, it will be added to the NEXT months bill and not at the end of the current Month. AND NOW, they decided to limit the usage of my Blackberry BIS and I am being charged for this service!! Without being advised!! Since the 19th of May, I am being charged for certain data which I HAVE NEVER been charged since inception of the BIS last year. It has used up all my available Rand value on my account as well as me having to pay in > R 200 - almost 500 rand I have to pay for Internet - while I am paying BIS!!! Surely this can not be allowed? We have signed a contract? It does not state that they can change their charging for BIS until AFTER the contract is finished? Sure this is breaking the LAW? I will be consulting with anyone I can to cancel this contract and move to a reputable company and will NEVER renew any of my contract I have. After a very long time with Nashua Mobile it is now time to say good bye.
