I phoned the Nashua mobile call center on Wednesday 12/06/2013 to upgrade my contract. I did not plan on renewing my contract with Nashua mobile but, seeing that you had stock of the HTC One decided to upgrade nonetheless. I was supposed to have received my phone within 3-5 working days. Its now been 7 working days and I have not yet received my phone. I phoned the call center 2 days ago and they say that they were out of stock - I think that this is unethical and that I was lured into upgrading my contract with Nashua mobile using false information. Also Ilana was supposed to get back to me on the situation after contacting the procurement department - she never did...
Can someone ensure that I receive my phone ASAP otherwise I would like to CANCEL my contract with Nashua Mobile.
