Firstly I have been charged for a contract that was cancelled over a year ago and Vodacom cant find the recording conveniently so I will have to just put up with paying over R2K for their incompetence. Secondly there was on this same number for an upgrade I never did, charging me and Vodacom have "kindly" given me only half of the money back. How a person can do an upgrade in my name and have it delivered with no documentation is beyond me.. I have been pushed from Upgrades to Accounts to Cancellations to Collections for almost a month now. Vodacom are so quick to take your money but wont give it back when it is their fault. I will never renew my contracts with Vodacom again, I think they are, expensive and the general client service has deteriorated.
