In November last year my phone was. I was due for an upgrade so went to Vodacom to do the upgrade and a sim swap. At Vodacom Middelburg I was told that an upgrade was already done on my name, vodacom can't help me, they gave me a number to call and sort it out myself! The Rewards company did the upgrade and they will help me. So my calls to this Reward company started, almost 3months later, NO ANSWER, NO HELP, NO NOTHING!!!
If Vodacom says that they have NOTHING to do with this Rewards Company, how did the Rewards company know I was due for an upgrade, how did the get my number? I can't remember that I gave Vodacom permission to give out my information! I can't find the Rewards Comapany?? So Vodacom gets my money every months, I am stuck with nothing, not a phone, no servive, nothing! I need answers!!!
