Vodacom

Hello Peter, Two months I reported a that happen to my contract with Vodacom where by someone upgraded my Vodacom account, they have reversed the upgrade and cleared the money that was owed on the contract thanks to Hello Peter but now I'm still waiting for them *Vodacom* to give me the feedback of their investigation and they must show me everything that they received from the person who upgraded the account in order for them to give him/her the phone if its the ID or Signature they must show me coz I eed to know as they suppose to avoide things like that to happen coz it wasted my money and my time, I went to Greenacres Vodacom Carto ask them to ask Vodacom's department to give me a call and tell me what are the findings coz I assume for them to reverse the upgrade they found something and their called me instead I'm gettings calls from 031 number marketing Vodacom I dont need those coz Im not interested, must I go to media (T.V, newspapers) in order for them to give me the feedback or must I always write to Hello Peter coz even with the last feedbacks I got from them I wrote to Hello Peter if I didnt write I will be still waiting.
