My blackberry contract was due for an upgrade. Instead of renewing an existing contract, vodacom cresta opened another internet contract. I now had three contracts. They promised to cancel the third contract which they did. When the bill arrived, I was billed for two contracts and an amount of R5060 for a third deal, presumably a once off payment for a Galaxy Tablet. I was already paying for the tablet on my 500meg contract deal. The money was deducted on 28/03/2013 and since then consultants are promising me everyday that the money will be deposited into my account. I am at my wits end with vodacom. When you take money that does not belong to you, return it immediately. I have a shortfall in my budget and owe standard bank credit card division money. All because vodacom wont return my 5060. Now they want to give me a credit balance. I just want my money deposited back into my account. Such mor*ns
