On the 29 June 2013, I took in my P5100 for repairs. A few days later I got an sms of receipt. 21 days lapsed without communication. On the 02 August 2013 I decided to call the branch, I was told that the tablet is ready to be collected. When i went there later that day I was told that my tablet is not there, they are going to call me the following day to give me feedback, which they didn't because i had to call them again. Today, I decided to call your repairs dept, i was told that my tablet was delivered on the 23 July by a Rafeek, as to why I was not notified, i dint know. I was also told that i wont be getting my old tablet as it was too damaged, i will be getting a refurbished one. This is where the problem is, i have never heard of a person being given a refurbished device when their old one was too damaged to be fixed, which means my old one will be given to someone else as a refurbished. I am supposed to collect this tablet this afternoon but i am unhappy because i dint want someone elses refurbished tablet, I want a new tablet because that tablet is still under warranty, i didn't cause the fault so why should i keep paying for a refurbished one.
