Online order for tablet still no response

My wife has ordered a tablet on her account online a long time ago and no response received from fnb as yet this is rediculous how much time do they need to process order but they quote "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" Please help me to process my order and deliver asap as i am waiting long for my tablet and now i cannot go into tablet offer as it states already used but no tablet or communication received from fnb this is totally unacceptable, i need reply so i can go to buy elsewhere with tablet being handed immediately.
