What in the is going on!?? It's now 16:30 on day 2 & still I'm being sent from one department to another??
Please reinstate the finance on my acc so I can do the upgrades on both my lines OR must I rather take my business elsewhere?? What went wrong in the last 2 years that it's become such a mission to do a simple upgrade??
Why can't I just walk in, choose a phone, sign a piece of paper & walk out?? Why the all this hassle???
