I have had the worst treatment from Vodacom. I November I received a bill for R3600k, my average bill over my 2 year contract and even previous one has been R1100. It seems they billed me for R2000k data charges for 1 day. I queried this immediately in November and was assured I would be contacted within 24 hours. I contacted them again and though they have my call logged on their system they have still not contacted me. They debited my account with this amount however I have had no response to this query. I have been holding on their call centre again for 40 mins with "your call is important to us, please hold". Shocking service! Three others in my office also had high data charges in November, some up to R6 500 with no response from Vodacom.
