It is rather frustrating when you receive a SMS from MTN advising that your cellphone is now repaired. you get to the store to find out it is nowhere to be found at the store. you then receive another SMS advising your phone is ready for collection you go out of your way to get to Blue Route Mall to find out yet again that your phone is not at the store. You then call them on 083 869 1546 and no one ever answers the phone. I tried calling more than 10 times and the number just rings. Needless to say when you do go into the branch you stand in a queue for 20-30mins with just 2 consultants helping customer... DISGUSTING SERVICE from MTN Blue Route Mall to say the least.
