Excellent service versus poorest

i had a problem with my unisa 3g simcard . i went to Vincent park in east london, they told me that they dont know how to do it then i went to east London hummingways . they didnt register my Sim card . they gave me sim card that was not working .i asked if it will be okay because they didnt ask me for proof of resident for rica purpose .every time i had to call them, sometimes they would pick up the phone and sometime they didnt, i was so angry because i traveled from alexandria to east london just to activate the sim card because there is no telkom in port Alfred but it was just a waste of time . i wasted my time and money . their staff were so unprofessional
After 3 weeks or so i went to jhb, i decided to go to telkom direct in festival mall, kempton park, i was so because the people in hummingways was not answering the phone . a lady by the name of GLORIA LEGOBYE helped me a lot to resolve my problem . she did everything well, she gave me her details so that when i go to any telkom direct i must give the consultant, of which i did .she gave me a superb service within, two days my sim was connected whereas people in hummingways failed to do that in weeks
