2 weeks later and no response

2 WEEKS AGO 8TA SAID THEY WILL FIX THE NETWORK PROBLEM IN STIRLING EAST LONDON WHICH THEIR COVARGE MAPS DO COVER MY DATA WILL EXPIRE SOON.
THE TECHNICIAN WAS SENT OUT LAST WEEK TUESDAY HE GOT VERY LOW LEVELS OF SIGNALS AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM 8TA WHEN I PHONE IN THEY SAY THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON SUPRISED???
